Renovating Your Home Has Never Been Easier

During the pandemic it became very noticeable that our house needed updating. I turned to the Facebook community and watched the recommendations as people asked for advice on various home needs. Pellak Construction came highly recommended over and over again. I am certainly glad I did! I LOVE my new bathroom. We even had a designer change mid way through the project but that was a seamless transition. The detail to keeping my home and the work space clean was very impressive. The workers were pleasant and courteous. Both Drew and Andy were at the site on a regular basis. They kept me informed as each part of the project was getting started and completed. I couldn't be happier with the end result. I can hardly believe it is my bathroom. It may sound weird that someone can love a bathroom space but I DO! I have future plans to renovate my kitchen and they will be the company I call! Thank you Drew and crew for making my dreams a reality

When I decided to add an addition and renovate my 100 year home, I spoke and met with over 5 reputable contractors. Pellak Construction was the last contractor I interviewed with and I immediately knew they were going to be my choice. My project was extensive, taking almost 8 months to complete. There were no delays. Communication, professionalism, efficiency, and cleanliness were consistently maintained throughout the project. Everyday after work, the jobsite was immaculate. I already had architectural drawings but the Pellak team helped me modify certain specs that made the overall design and flow of the home more practical than my certified architect had originally suggested. My main objective, aside from the obvious quality of workmanship, was that for the addition not to look like an addition and the home renovation be true to the original characteristics of the 100 year old home. Andy, Drew, and the Pellak team nailed it! I get consistent compliments from neighbors and people driving by to stop and tell me how incredible my home looks. The addition looks like an original part of the home: from matching color, to the added portico and dormers being proportional to the size of the home, blue stone walkway, and awesome custom mahogany entrance door. For the interior, I added 2 and 1/2 baths, expanded and finished both the attic and basement, moved laundry to second floor, added office space, and a completely new kitchen. Finishing work included replacing all the hardwood floors with an inlay, carrara marble in kitchen and bath, custom molding throughout to match original, including 5 panel doors, lots of tile work, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. I referred Pellak to my neighbor a few doors down and she's always thanking me because she was so pleased with her remodel. When I wanted to remodel my business, I didn't bother getting second quotes or opinions. Pellak Construction was my choice and will continue to be!

We had a wonderful experience using the A.M. Pellak Construction team. We renovated our kitchen/ family room/ dining room area to create an open floor plan. In addition, we installed a new patio, siding and windows throughout the entire house. From beginning to end, the project was managed and executed in the most professional manner. The entire team was knowledgeable, polite, professional and readily addressed our concerns. It was also the cleanest construction project we have ever experienced. These guys provide the cleanest construction area of any contractor I've ever seen. The crew is very professional and respectful. My property was cleaned each day and kept as organized as possible for major construction. They arrived timely every day and completed the project promptly; my questions were addressed immediately; and the at the end of the project, my interior was professionally cleaned and organized. ANY question, no matter how insignificant, was welcomed and addressed. I recommend consulting them for any home project.

We live in Springfield and saw many Pellak projects taking place at same time we were looking to remodel our kitchen. We met with Andy and were impressed by the advice he provided as well as his ability to help us get our ideas into the project design. The Pellak proposal was able to separate out various options we discussed so that we could make best decisions within our budget. The Pellak Team renovated most of our home! This included our first floor (living room, kitchen, mud/laundry/office area, powder room), our master bedroom, bathroom, and walk-through closet, turned an office into a kid’s bathroom, and finished our basement. They also freshened up our screened-in porch and front door. We LOVE our new space! The process was smooth and this was a large project. We met weekly with the office team to ensure a seamless transition from design to demo to reno. Having a designer to work with was a must for me, and a huge help. They patiently turned my Pinterest pins into reality. Once we transitioned into the field, Drew was on top of the details on a daily basis. His team even installed a new sump pump mid rainstorm when ours stopped working! They really go above and beyond! The team’s carpentry skills are impeccable and added so much character to our home. Additionally, we financed the project, which adds meetings and inspections through the duration of the project. The Pellaks were very accommodating and organized with the lending process. They communicated throughout with the inspector to ensure there were no delays. The entire crew is polite, kind, and trustworthy! We felt comfortable leaving our house in their hands and would highly recommend them for your project!
